A little about me.
Coming from a family with deep roots in real estate, construction, and development, I grew up surrounded by the industry and gained an early understanding of real estate, homebuilding, and property investment. My father co-owned and operated a construction and development company with his uncle for more than 30 years, building residential homes and developing commercial properties across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Growing up around their projects gave me firsthand exposure to construction, development, and real estate long before becoming a REALTOR®.

From comparing builders and communities to reviewing incentives, evaluating financing options, negotiating available terms, and guiding you through the purchase process, my goal is to help you make informed decisions with confidence.
And here's the best part: many builders offer compensation for buyer representation, which may allow you to work with me without paying my commission out of pocket, depending on the builder and our written agreement.
